"time difference"

Hey Journal!

Our trip to Vegas was a lot of fun and I'm so glad we had a great time! It's been a crazy first day back trying to recover from the time difference and prepare to go back to work tomorrow!

When we left the airport this morning, Dan's dad drove us back here and then we took Re to her parents' house. On the way home, we stopped for bagels and then got home around 9:00. I put our laundry in, and then we watched a few episodes of Scandal!

We were both exhausted, so we decided to take a nap around 1:00. We slept for about four hours, and it definitely recharged me.

After that, we got in a few more episodes of Scandal and then went out to Target. We wanted to get out of the house for a while, get some fresh air, and see the sun. We figured that would help us get back a sense of what time it was!

On the way home, we picked up pizza and then ate while watching....wait for it.... wait for it.... SCANDAL! Yes. We're obsessed.

That's really all we did today, but it was a weird kind of day.

It was nice to have a day to relax and get back to normal.... and tomorrow it's back to work!
