Hey Journal!

So, today in HOUSE news, I'm kinda annoyed because the woman who works at our lawyer's office has no ability to work on more than one project at the same time. For example, there are a FEW things we needed her to do for this house, but we didn't actually KNOW what they were because we've never done this before.

She said we needed to get a title search, and WE had to tell her to order it, and order it fast. She also knew we needed a land survey, and knew that the process takes about 2 weeks, BUT DIDN'T tell us until after the title search! WHY wouldn't she have ordered the title search a few weeks ago and then ALSO ordered the survey so that they would be done at the same time.

It's like saying that you need your lawn mowed and you bathroom redone, but you can't even think about the bathroom until they come to mow the lawn. It's just so foolish. She really annoys me because SHE is delaying the process.

Anyway, work today was pretty quiet.

I helped Dan's dad with some stuff for his fishing club's website, and the day went by pretty quickly.

For lunch I had the French Dip with string beans. It was really good.

I left work at 5 and headed home. I was home all by myself for the night because Dan's parents went to a corn roast at the beach and Dan was out playing golf. I watched the news and then took a shower, and Dan got home around 8:45. He brought KFC for dinner and it was soooo amazing. I was craving some fried chicken.

I devoured it quickly, and then Dan and I watched Scandal!

Now we're just getting ready to get to bed and we're going to watch Super Password! It's been a while, so we wanted to get back into the habit of watching it every night!
