Hey Journal!

This morning I got up at 10:00 and watched some TV but I was bored because there wasn't anything on. Dan was still sleeping and I put on an old episode of Judge Judy. Once Dan got up at 11:15, he went out to get gas in his car and then picked up bagels on his way home.

When he got back, we ate and watched Shark Tank. We only watched half of it, and then we watched last week's episode of The Flash! It was a really exciting episode and I was so happy that so much happened and so many things FINALLY came out. Meanwhile, Dan and I think it's all going to be erased next episode because he went back in time and is going to find a way to save Cisco even though he doesn't know what happened to him yet! It also means that Barry isn't going to tell Iris his secret, and that's just going to continue to annoy me!

After the flash, Dan watched Once Upon a Time and then Secrets and Lies. The two remaining shows he had to catch up on from while he was away for work last week.

When he was done with those, we watched the rest of Shark Tank and then Thursday's American Crime.

It really sounds like all we did today was watch TV. We really wanted to stay in and have a nice, relaxing day after being so crazy this past week and the beginning of the weekend.

At 5:00 we went out to Target and did a little shopping. We got some random stuff and then at 6:00 we picked up Kristen for dinner. We planned to go to Branchinelli's but when we arrived the line was WAY too long. I've actually never seen it this busy. I know the line is always pretty long but this was all the way back to the wall over by the booths! There was no more room for people to stand!

Our best guess was that it would be about a 45 minute wait so we decided to abandon our plan. We had gotten in the mood for Italian food so we chose Umberto's over by the mall. That place is kinda weird. The food is good but the waiter that's always there is kinda strange and the other waitresses we've had have all been flaky or weird. Today was no exception.

I got stuffed shells! They were good and for some reason I decided to sprinkle some garlic powder on two of them. It tasted good but afterwards I had some crazy aftertaste of garlic! It was intense!

The woman took forever to bring us our waters and we were really parched. Then she never came to fill them up, leaving us parched again. Finally, when it was time to leave she held us hostage by not bringing the check for a LONGGGG time.

I tried to go to the bathroom at one point but they were occupied and I was waiting behind a woman who couldn't get into the women's room because two girls from the table behind us went in there about 15 minutes earlier and were still inside flushing the toilet and laughing!

After dinner we dropped Kristen off at home and then we got back here around 8:30. We watched tonight's Once Upon a Time and I really enjoyed this episode. I feel like they had some good backstory. I always like when they explain backstory and how it relates to what's going on now.

After that I showered up and talked to Re about her guy situation. Tonight she let okDave know that she didn't think she wanted to continue to see him. It was hard and she was upset about it, but felt it was the right thing to do.

Now it's time for bed! I need to get to sleep soon and bank up because we're going out to trivia tomorrow and I know we'll be home later than usual!
